Despite appearances, Fashion Week is very much about the food. OK – excessive drinking and heavy lines of white powder do also form part of the diet – but restaurants form an integral part of Fashion Week’s fabric.
Celeb spotting, model gazing, and just pure, good old fashioned hunger means there are restaurants that should be on everyone’s radar. Whether you’ve been lucky enough to squeeze an invite, or chasing that Fashion Week hamster wheel, we’ve got you covered.
The Celebrity Hang Out
With the ashes of Chiltern Firehouse still settling, you’ll be hard pressed to get an invite to this super exclusive, celebrity favourite. Although its doors opened in 2025 for Madonna, Kate Moss, the doors weren’t opened for the likes of you.
So, where to head if you want to max your chances of celeb sight-seeing? If you’ve got the cash to splash, The Dorchester is a safe bet. Naomi Campbell was spotted last season, celebrating 20 years of the China Tang Restaurant.
Aki London, a Mayfair Japanese restaurant, is also a solid choice. Hosting the likes of Troy Sivan, Rose McGowan and Lennon Gallagher at its super exclusive after-party destination, you’ll at least feel close to the ghost of your idols by dining out here.

Of course, you won’t actually be able to get a reservation during the time of actual celebrity arrival. You might not even be able to get a bog-standard dinner reservation. But, if you select an off-peak hour (breakfast, perhaps?) then you can at least say you were one person away from Lily Allen.
The Model Hot Spot
Despite stereotypes, models do, in fact, eat. Post-show, of course, but if you haven’t already stuffed yourself full with, ahem, non-edible items, then you might want to head on over to spots such as Huo Chelsea, Ixchel, Alba London and Shanghai Me.
The Fashion Models Collective, a social hangout group for London’s models, hosts regular dinners across the year. The Collective, I’m told by model Feliciano James, is a way for models to ‘connect beyond the runway’. This season’s line up kicks off at Huo Chelsea on Friday and Saturday. Huo’s menu is much easier on the wallet, and woks up enough Thai food for you to noodle your heart out.

And, if you’re one to follow the crowd, you can finish the night at The Rex Rooms, King’s Road’s celeb-studded club that name-drops Mick Jagger, Leonardo Dicaprio, and Machine Gun Kelley (to name a few). The club, co-owned by Jason Momoa fashion and Marc Jacques-Burton, has become a hangout for London’s creatives; ‘You never quite know who you might bump into’, Marc tells Cold.
Will you meet the supermodel of your dreams? Unlikely. But you can die on the sword trying.
Of course, if you prefer to play it cool, then there’s one, secret, off-the-radar joint models don’t want you to know about. It’s cheap, it’s accessible, it’s versatile. It’s – Pret.
The Pre-Show Munch
London Fashion Week days can be long, which is why it’s important to fuel your body properly. You’re B2B all day, with AGRO studio at 13:00 and Harris Reed at 19:00. A salad just ain’t gonna cut it.
Given all the cool kids flock to Dumbo Burger, it’s a perfectly acceptable form of junk food. With its standing-only seating, there’s the added bonus of involuntary leg-stretching.

Or, for an even earlier bite, we suggest going heavy on the brunch to save hectic food cramming later in the day. Our favourites include Akub, a Palestinian restaurant run by Fadi Kattan, serving eggs adorned with zaatar, pomegranate or Fallow for a Black Pudding Benedict or Steak Royale.

The Food-Conscious Choice
Fashion-week attendees who haven’t been invited to exclusive dinners, fear not: why dine at the likes of the Topshop x John Lewis launch when you can live out your Carrie
Bradshaw fantasy elsewhere? If you’re in Shoreditch, head to Noisy Oyster for oysters and martinis, or Lagana for skewers and salads.

Central-wise, Carbone, Mayfair, is the obvious choice, given The Chancery Rosewood is hosting the LCF MA26 Catwalk. But, considering reservations are treacherous amidst a mid-week January, you may be better off sticking to the walk-ins. Kiln is a no-booking Thai BBQ spot slap bang in the middle of Soho. And, if that’s a no-go, there’s always one of the many Barrafina counters to sit on for Spanish tapas.

Happy London Fashion Week. May the reservations be forever in your favour.
