About Us
Cold Magazine is an independent arts, fashion and culture publication based in London. We operate across digital and print, with a rapidly growing global audience. Our first print issue, Everything Flows, launched in May 2025. We are now building toward Issue 2 and expanding our commercial and editorial footprint. Cold is a small, ambitious team — everyone here shapes what the magazine becomes.
Role Summary
As Digital Marketing & Growth Assistant, you will support Cold Magazine’s audience growth and brand presence across digital channels. You will work directly with the Marketing Director on campaigns, partnership outreach, email strategy, and social content — gaining hands-on experience across the full marketing and editorial mix of an independent publication.
Main Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaigns
- Support the planning and delivery of digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Assist in building and executing Cold’s social media strategy, ensuring consistency with the magazine’s visual and editorial identity
- Help produce social assets, campaign toolkits, and promotional materials
Audience & Growth
- Monitor analytics and audience data to inform content and campaign decisions
- Support newsletter growth initiatives and help manage email marketing flows
- Assist in identifying and reaching new audience segments, particularly within arts, fashion, and youth culture communities
Partnerships & Commercial
- Research potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators aligned with Cold’s editorial values
- Support outreach to PR agencies, brands, and cultural institutions
- Help compile partnership wrap reports with performance data and outcomes
Operations & Community
- Coordinate across editorial, social, and events workstreams
- Assist with event promotion and community-building around Cold’s print launches and activations
- Maintain contact databases and outreach trackers
Who We’re Looking For
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Fashion Communication, Journalism, or a related field
- Genuinely interested in independent media, arts, and culture
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast-moving team
- Some experience with social media management, email platforms, or digital analytics is a plus
- Strong written English; additional languages welcome
