How to submit your work
Images
We accept high-resolution JPG files only. Each image should be exported at its highest available quality — this is for Cold Magazine exclusively and should not be shared with other publications during the review period.
- Format: JPG
- Ideal dimensions: 1080 × 1350 px
- Size limit: 25 MB per file
Credits
All names — team members and brands alike — should be written in English with their corresponding Instagram handles. If the editorial features multiple looks, list clothing credits for each one (Look 1, Look 2, and so on). Include the title of the work and the full team breakdown.
Write credits in sentence case. No all-caps.
What to include
Everything goes in a single folder alongside the images: credits, a short text about the project, and — where possible — a video to accompany the editorial on social. Backstage clips, sketches, or brief behind-the-scenes footage all work well.
Your credits document should be editable so our team can copy text directly: PDF or Word. Anything missing from the document risks being left out of the published piece.
How to send
Share your folder with a Google Drive or Dropbox link, or an online gallery, in the form below. WeTransfer and other file-transfer links expire, so we cannot accept them. Please send within one week of your slot being confirmed — late submissions may affect scheduling.

By sending your files, you confirm that:
- Cold Magazine may use your work across its website and social channels, both ahead of and following the editorial’s publication date.
- The editorial is produced exclusively for Cold Magazine. Republishing or duplicating it elsewhere without prior agreement may result in the content being taken down.
